JATEN Robotics has completed a strategic financing round, with listed company H&T Intelligent Control (002402.SZ) leading the round, alongside investments from Daohe Fund and Jinmu Capital. Yunxiu Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for the subsequent financing.
As a core supplier of industrial embodied-intelligence mobile platforms, JATEN Robotics brings more than two decades of experience in advanced manufacturing and complex industrial environments. The company has served nearly 100 Fortune Global 500 companies and delivered more than 2,000 projects worldwide, accumulating over 270 million hours of operational data from real-world industrial deployments.
JATEN's core embodied-intelligence mobile platform provides 360-degree omnidirectional mobility and enables precise movement in any direction under unified control from VLA/VLM foundation models. Monthly deliveries have reached approximately 150–200 units, marking the transition of the platform into volume production and commercial deployment.
